Submit the application through Mogo website. Then we will review the application and evaluate your vehicle. To submit the application, enter your personal details on the application form. If the answer is positive, the contract can be signed digitally (if you have an ID card or Mobile ID) or you can visit a suitable Mogo service point in Tallinn. After concluding the contract, register the vehicle ownership over to Primero Finance OÜ and become the responsible user of the vehicle. Notify Mogo upon completing all the paperwork and enjoy your new vehicle!

To draw up a loan Agreement the document for identification is required: a passport of the Republic of Estonia, an alien's passport (so-called gray passport), an ID card, a driving license or a residence permit. The residence permit or the right of residence must be valid for at least 6 more months. The document is also required at the Road Administration Office.

We will review your application within 30 minutes, in case of a positive decision we will conclude the contract. After concluding the contract, register the vehicle in the name of Primero Finance OÜ and become the responsible user of the vehicle.
