Applying

All citizens of the Republic of Estonia and individuals living in Estonia on the basis of a residence permit or right of residence who are at least 18 years old can apply for a loan from Mogo.

Estonian juridical persons can also apply.

If the answer is positive, the contract can then be concluded digitally (if you have an ID card or Mobile ID) or by visiting a suitable Mogo service point. After concluding the contract, register the vehicle in the name of Primero Finance OÜ at the Road Administration Office (or through their e-service) and become the responsible user of the vehicle.
