We care about the health of our customers and employees, so it would be good and advisable to do all the operations online without leaving home. To help guide you on this journey, we have exceptionally extended the customer service opening hours by phone and email. You can contact our customer service on weekdays from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm by writing to mogo@mogo.ee or calling 6 888 200.

We strongly recommend that all transactions be made online through: our website - submitting an application, identification, adding a bank statement to the application, bank - payment of installments by transfer. If you do not have a bank account yourself, please ask a family member or friend to make the transfer, it is important to add the contract number. For convenient payment, we also support debit and credit card payments through LinkPay. We will send the payment link by email or SMS. e-mail - sending various documents, signing the contract and contract annexes.

Thinking of our customers, we have also put together helpful instructions on how to send a bank statement and digitally sign the contract.

How to send a bank statement?

  1. Swedbank
    Log in to Swedbank. Select "Everyday Banking" from the menu, then "Account Statement". Select today's date and the three months before the current month for the statement period. Select "Submit Inquiry". Then click the "BDOC" button above the account statement and save the file to your computer. After saving the statement, send the file to our email address mogo@mogo.ee.
  2. SEB
    Log in to SEB Bank. Select "Settlement" from the menu and then "Statements" from the heading "Queries". Select today's date and the three months before the current month for the statement period. Select "Digitally Signed Statement" and save the file to your computer. After saving the statement, send the file to our email address mogo@mogo.ee.
  3. LHV
    Log in to LHV Bank. Select "Assets and Liabilities" from the menu and then "Account Statement". Select today's date and the three months before the current month for the statement period. Then click the "Update Statement" button and save the statement in BDOC format. After saving the statement, send the file to our email address mogo@mogo.ee.
  4. Coop Bank
    Log in to Coop Bank. Select "Payments" from the menu and then "Account Statement" from under it. Select today's date and the three months before the current month for the statement period. Confirm the statement details with the blue "Account Statement" button. The account statement will be displayed on the screen, with the "Save" option in the upper left corner, and the "BDOC" option will open under it. After saving the statement, send the file to our email address mogo@mogo.ee.
  5. Other banks
    If you have an account in another bank, please log in to that bank's online banking to submit the account statement, and select today's date and the three months before the current month for the statement period. If possible, save the statement with the bank's signature, or if that is not possible, you can also send it in PDF format.
